Charles Maund Body Shop  works with  all insurance companies. We will help guide you through the process of communicating with your insurance companies from the initial appraisal, including detecting necessary repairs that are often overlooked. We will  request a supplement on your behalf for any additional overlooked items so that your car can be repaired properly to pre- loss condition without you having to pay any more than your deductible.  We can also assist you with rental car arrangements while your car is being repaired. 

We recommend the use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts which we will always use unless you or your insurance specifies differently. Many policies have clauses that allow or suggest the use of non OEM parts. These parts are called aftermarket, reconditioned, or LKQ (used…like kind quality). If the insurance company includes anything other than OEM parts you will be informed before the work is done so we can discuss your options. 

We will repair your car to pre-accident condition and keep you informed as the car progresses through the repair process. It is sometimes difficult to give you an exact completion date due to circumstances such as part availability and supplemental approvals. We will always  do the repair professionally and in timely manner.
